
Busting a Move will Improve your Mood

Lately, this is the truth Im living by: You don't always need a plan. You need a pulse.
And, I truly believe, you don’t know what your mood is until you bring movement into your body.
This week’s Solo Sunny Sunday, I’m here to remind you to get out of your mind and into action.
Close your laptop or phone (unless you do an online work-out), get up, get out and get into action.
One of my absolute favorite ways to move my body is through walking, dancing free at home or outside, or by following the classes from Elevate.
