Each person’s success and results depend on many factors, including dedication, desire and motivation. Returns & Refunds
If you receive a refund for a Product, you will have no further right to use that Product. We will have the sole discretion to determine whether you satisfy the eligibility criteria for a refund. For the avoidance of doubt, unless you are eligible to receive a refund, as provided herein, your obligation to continue to make all monthly payments with respect to a purchase shall remain in effect, notwithstanding the cancellation or termination of the applicable license for such Product.

The E-books & Audiobooks are digital products and are non-refundable. You do have the right to cancel your Hardcopy order up to 14 days after purchasing your Hardcopy. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. Please note that Solange Zindzi does not have the ability to track your return nor is she responsible for the amount of time it takes for the product to be returned. You will receive the refund of the full order amount, but the shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be made only to the credit card used for the original purchase. It’s up to the customer to pay for return shipping and returning the product from your home to Solange Zindzi / the Web shop is your responsibility. Consult the website of your mailing company for these rates. If you make use of these rights, the product must be returned to Solange Zindzi with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging. If you want to apply these rights please send an email to [email protected]. Solange Zindzi will refund the order amount within 14 days to same card, after receiving your returned product, as long as the product has been returned properly.
Payment & purchases
You represent and warrant that: you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that the information you supply to Solange Zindi is true, correct and complete.
Solange Zindzi reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
